I know why you are ill.

You are working from home, so you’re immune system is not really required.

Than you go outside and you’re immune system is to weak to fight against normal bacterias.

Sounds nasty mate. I hate it when your on a plane and you can hear someone coughing or sneezing, and you can imagine the little snot particles flying around the air, and ending up slipping up your nose. Like that scene of the people in the cinema in Outbreak.

Get well soon bud! The air in planes is disgusting these days. I don’t always get sick but I always end up with a sore throat and stuffed up sinuses from the air and pressure. Another reason I hate flying!
