James Blunt is one of those artists that when I first heard his stuff 4 years ago, I liked it. He’s definitely got a good voice and the songs are technically well constructed – it’s just that it doesn’t take long of owning the CD to realise just how dull the songs actually are, and how annoying & whiney most of the themes are, a little like bad self-indulgent poetry. Pretty soon you just want him to get over himself and find some theme other than ‘moony’. I think I’m far from alone in this, since his first album sold very well indeed, despite the fact that he’s a minor pariah now.

Nothing wrong with the Bee Gees mate, you just need to connect with your 70′s disco roots

My music taste is slightly heavier than yours but you still have a damn fine splattering of music there matey. I have to question the Bee Gees though.

The missus and I saw Killers in Dublin last month, they were excellant!

Also gutted when Pandora stopped in the UK, sad to they are going down.

I only know about Pandora actually from reading your blog and use it daily now. I really love it and hope it continues to keep its doors open (and somehow get you guys back in on the action).
