		<description>I see unite as just filling in a large gap of simple server software. Hosting your own stuff the &#039;normal&#039; way is pointlessly convoluted. So I think unite or something like it will go very well.</description>

Unite isn&#039;t very revolutionary in terms of the features it offers, it&#039;s just how it offers them which is interesting (simplifying self-hosting). Wave in comparison offers a new way to collaborate. But, they&#039;re both in a vanguard of services that can break out of the centralisation model, which is the major problem with most Web 2.0 offerings today IMO.</description>
