My first job in IT was my Uni year in industry as a Software Tester for a loan shark company. I will never forget the first software crash error message I saw there:

		<description>Yeah. Oddly, I get this error message every time I start Firefox, since upgrading to 3.5. There&#039;s a button I then click, can&#039;t remember what, that makes it reload all the tabs anyway. It must be because I&#039;m placated by the error message that I can&#039;t be bothered to do anything about it. Then again, I only reboot once a week on average, and Firefox runs continuously in between.</description>
