I tried all yesterday to pre-order it only to find out I can't. I'm in Thailand right now and the steam order system won't me use my English debit card while ordering from a different country. I could buy the game here when it comes out but then if I come back to England they'd lock me out of the game. These silly ordering problems with the DRM really frustrate me, I just want to pre-order it. I already contacted steam support but my guess it's going to take a miracle to get them to change this.
